Betawi Cultural Organization (LKB) will hold Abang None (Abnon) junior event, at Betawi Cultural Village in Pekan Raya Jakarta (PRJ), Kemayoran, Central Jakarta on June 21st. Rp 15 million prize money is prepared for the winner.
Hopefully this is useful to develop character and spreads their knowledge about Jakarta and its core culture
LKB Chairman, Tatang Hidayat said that this event is LKB and JIExpo concrete step to introduce Betawi culture for children at their young age to be developed and grown up with cultural character identity.
“We invite all Jakartans to sign up sons and daughters on this yearly event. Hopefully this is useful to develop character and spreads their knowledge about Jakarta and its core culture,” said Tatang, Friday (6/13).
Kampung Betawi Enlivens Jakarta FairThis Abnon Junior event will be divided into two categories. Category A are for 4 to 7 years old participants. While category B are for 8 until 12 years old participants.
“There are 10 trophies from Betawi Cultural Organization plus coaching funds with total Rp 15 million,” a young figure of Betawi explained.
